
In just eight weeks, we grounded the work in deep INSIGHTS from consumer co-creation and category audits. These learnings shaped a clear STRATEGY, defining the brand’s positioning, naming, and role in the category. From there, we developed BRAND & PACKAGE GRAPHICS, crafting a confident, radiant brand world and cohesive graphic system. In parallel, we explored STRUCTURE DESIGN to elevate the sensory experience across all products. Through rapid PROTOTYPING, we refined both graphics and structures to ensure shelf impact and usability. Next, our ENGINEERING team worked to ensure manufacturability and performance. Finally, we delivered PRODUCTION files—supporting a holistic packaging system and a full go-to-market toolkit for Walmart sell-in.
